This heavy-duty recycled nest box was designed specifically for red-breasted and white-breasted nuthatches, but offers housing options for many other birds as well! Tufted titmice, downy woodpeckers, chickadees and wrens will also find security for their young in this snug birdhouse. 

Your nest box includes a wide overhanging roof with ventilation in the eaves, a 1-1/4" predator guard with copper portal to help keep squirrels and larger birds out, and a fledgling ladder inside the swing-open front panel. Two screws are included for attaching to a post or tree.

Like all of our recycled products, this nest box is made in the USA of cedar and HDPE plastic lumber sourced from recycled milk jugs and produced here in the Midwest. It's available with your choice of four roof color options and a warm cedar body.
