We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders over $15.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping for wholesale customers will be calculated after your order is placed and included on your emailed invoice.We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders over $15. * Please contact us if you need your shipping expedited, and we will obtain shipping quotes for you. Otherwise, Free Shipping is shipped our preference, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most large packages will ship UPS. See map below for expected UPS shipping times.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kettle Moraine Woodworking, Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Kettle Moraine Woodworking, Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Please contact us if your purchase is damaged or missing any part(s). We can also be reached toll-free at (866) 213-4422. If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund of the cost of the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
